NOW.delivery is a courier network that connects merchants with local courier fleets. Instead of building your own delivery logistics, you can leverage our network of over 5,000 couriers across more than 50 cities. You book deliveries through our customer portal or via API, and we handle the rest: courier assignment, real-time tracking, and delivery to your customers.

You only pay per delivery — starting at €7.69 — with no setup fees, no commissions, and no monthly minimums. The price per delivery depends on factors such as distance, vehicle type, and time of day. You can decide whether to pass the delivery costs on to your customers.

Depending on the delivery option and service area, we can pick up and deliver within 60 minutes. The exact duration depends on the distance between the pickup location and delivery address, as well as the vehicle type.

With NOW.delivery, you can ship almost anything that fits into a courier backpack or a car: from food and beverages to retail products, documents, and parcels.The exact size and weight limits depend on the vehicle type:

Bike courier: max. 40×40×40 cm, up to 7 kg
Car: up to 20 kg, larger packages possible

Certain goods such as alcohol, medications, or hazardous materials may be subject to restrictions depending on the region.
